Vidhan Sabha rounds
As an assembly election survey agency Uttar Pradesh teams brief ahead of the 2027 cycle, we track 403 segments. A Vidhan Sabha election survey agency in Uttar Pradesh needs enough interviews per division, not only per state.

403 assembly segments, 80 Lok Sabha seats, 75 districts
Bharat Survey is a survey company in Uttar Pradesh for campaign teams, departments, CSR foundations and brands. UP is too large for one average: western sugarcane districts, Bundelkhand's dry uplands and the flood-prone Terai behave differently. We sample by division, write forms in Hindi with Urdu where needed, and record GPS, time and duration on every offline interview.
As a political survey company Uttar Pradesh campaigns can brief for a single seat or the whole state, we stratify by the four broad regions first: Paschim (western) UP, Awadh, Purvanchal and Bundelkhand. Each has different crops, migration patterns and local issues, so a state figure without regional quotas mostly reflects the most populous belt.
Within a region we draw assembly segments, then polling-station areas, then households. We do not import voter rolls or track individual voters, and results are reported as shares with sample size and margin.

UP votes at four levels, and each needs a different sample unit.
| Question | Design | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| How do NCR-edge households shop? | Door-to-door household panel | Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut |
| Will a farm input sell in the cane belt? | Village households plus mandi intercepts | Saharanpur and Moradabad divisions |
| How do remittance households spend? | Screened household sample | Purvanchal districts |
| What do small-town retailers stock? | Retail audit with photos | District headquarters towns |
Household visits that confirm whether housing, toilet or pension benefits reached the listed family. Each visit carries consent-first photos and GPS, so a department officer can open any record from the dashboard.
Terai districts along the Ghaghra and Rapti flood most years, while Bundelkhand faces drought. We schedule rounds around these seasons and keep interviews offline where towers are down.
Companies in the Noida and Kanpur industrial belts often fund education, health and water CSR programmes in nearby districts. We compare programme villages with similar villages in the same block and photograph assets with GPS, so the board report shows change, not just activity counts.
For departments procuring independent evaluation, we deliver a sampling note with division-wise estimates, bilingual tools, raw data with GPS and time stamps, and a report against the terms of reference. We do not claim empanelments we do not hold.
NGOs working on maternal health, girls' schooling or migration in Purvanchal and Bundelkhand can run baseline and endline rounds on one form, with consent read aloud in Hindi or Awadhi before sensitive questions.

It depends on whether you need figures per division, per region or only for the state. Division-wise estimates for all 18 divisions need far more interviews than a single state number. We share the sample calculation, including clustering effects, before fieldwork starts.
Yes, where the sample needs it. Hindi is the main language and Urdu, UP's second official language, is added in the same form. Enumerators choose the version the respondent prefers, and the app records which one was used for later checks.
Yes. We sample gram panchayats within blocks and districts, plan routes around flood and harvest seasons, and save interviews offline. The same app handles ward rounds in municipal corporations, so rural and urban local body studies share one dashboard.
We do not claim a local office. For each project we recruit and train enumerators and supervisors from the sampled districts, and quality is managed through the dashboard and back-checks. Pricing is on quotation and depends on sample size and spread.

Share divisions, languages and timeline, and we will reply with a division-wise sample plan.
