A district run largely by development authorities, not a municipal corporation
Bharat Survey is a survey company in Noida for campaign teams, brands, researchers and resident programmes across Gautam Buddha Nagar. Noida and Greater Noida are planned by industrial development authorities instead of an elected Nagar Nigam, so samples follow sectors, societies and villages. We cover the Noida, Dadri and Jewar segments with field teams deployed per project and GPS on every interview.

Our view
Checked against the district site, election sources and constitutional text in September 2026.
Sources: District Gautam Buddha Nagar: constituencies · District Gautam Buddha Nagar: tehsils · Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (district site) · Article 243Q, Constitution of India
The Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok Sabha seat is larger than the district. Noida, Dadri and Jewar are joined by Sikandrabad and Khurja from Bulandshahr district, so a seat study needs a team outside the NCR sectors. Inside the district, fieldwork changes with the ground: planned authority sectors and housing societies call for access permissions and evening visits, while village households in the tehsils call for block-wise routes and offline capture.
Without wards, what is the sampling unit?
We build the frame from sectors and societies in the authority areas and from villages in the tehsils, then assign each to its assembly segment. That lets results roll up to segment and seat, even though there is no municipal ward map to lean on.
If you need a survey agency in Gautam Buddha Nagar that can report society residents, urban-village households and rural Jewar separately, this frame keeps all three visible.

Does Noida have a municipal corporation?
No. Noida and Greater Noida are governed as industrial development authority areas, which Article 243Q of the Constitution permits in place of a municipality. A third authority, YEIDA, handles development along the Yamuna Expressway. That is why our Noida samples use sectors, societies and villages instead of wards.
Which segments make up the Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok Sabha seat?
Five. Noida, Dadri and Jewar are in Gautam Buddha Nagar district; Sikandrabad and Khurja are in Bulandshahr district. A parliamentary survey therefore needs fieldwork in both districts, and we report the Bulandshahr segments as their own group.
How do you survey residents of gated societies?
We seek permission from the society's management or resident body before the field day, pick flats by a fixed rule, and interview in evenings and weekends when working residents are home. Where access is refused, it is recorded as an outcome and the society is replaced with a matched one after telling you.
Is Noida the district headquarters?
No. Greater Noida is the administrative headquarters of Gautam Buddha Nagar district. Noida gives its name to one of the district's three assembly segments, and we treat Noida and Greater Noida sectors as separate strata when a brief covers both.

Tell us the segments, sectors or villages and the respondents you need. We will reply with a sector and village sampling plan.
