Political research
The Lucknow seat is the dense city itself, five segments named West, North, East, Central and Cantt, with the cantonment as its own electorate. Mohanlalganj is the other Lucknow. Malihabad's orchard villages, Bakshi Ka Talab north of the city and Sarojini Nagar's highway belt all vote there, and their issues are closer to village roads and farm prices than to parking and drainage.
Separate quotas for inner wards and growth belts
The 2022 delimitation added wards on the city's edge, where housing societies sit next to old villages. We treat those wards as their own stratum so a fast-growing belt does not borrow its opinion from the old core.

Which Lok Sabha seat does my Lucknow segment belong to?
Lucknow district's nine segments split into two seats. Lucknow West, North, East, Central and Cantt form the Lucknow seat. Malihabad, Bakshi Ka Talab, Sarojini Nagar and Mohanlalganj vote in Mohanlalganj, which also takes Sidhauli from Sitapur district. We confirm the mapping from election sources before setting quotas.
Can you report results by Nagar Nigam zone?
Yes. Every ward in the sample is tagged with its zone, so civic results can be read for each of the corporation's 8 zones as well as by ward and assembly segment. Zone totals are weighted by ward size so a large ward does not dominate.
Do you run Urdu questionnaires in Lucknow?
Where the respondent prefers it. Census 2011 recorded Urdu as the first language of about 7.6% of the district, concentrated in parts of the old city. We translate and pilot an Urdu version and let the respondent choose the language at the start of the interview.
How long does a ward-level survey in Lucknow take?
It depends on how many wards and interviews per ward you need. A citywide sample covering all 110 wards usually needs more field days than a single-segment study. We send a day-by-day plan with the quote, and progress by ward is visible on the dashboard while fieldwork runs.
