Scores you can trace back to real customers, dealers and distributors
Bharat Survey is a customer satisfaction survey company in India for businesses whose customers, dealers and distributors are spread well beyond head-office cities. We design short, specific questionnaires, reach respondents by phone, at their doorstep or at the counter, verify every field interview by location and time, and report satisfaction by region, channel and touchpoint so the team responsible can act. Companies with their own field staff can also run surveys themselves on our offline app.
A satisfaction score without context gets filed and forgotten. We tie every question to a moment in the customer journey and to a team that owns it. Overall satisfaction and likelihood to recommend come last, after the customer has recalled specific experiences, which makes the headline score more honest and explains what drives it.
Samples are drawn from your sales, service or complaint records with IDs, stratified by region, product and channel. We report response rates and compare responders with the full list, so a score driven only by happy customers who pick up the phone is visible.
Urban customers with recent transactions are often best reached by phone. Rural customers, first-time buyers and small retailers usually need a visit. Many programmes combine both, with the mode recorded against every response.

Whether the technician came on time, explained the product, cleaned up and left the customer confident to use it.
Ease of raising a request, visits needed to fix, spare-part delays and charges compared with expectations.
Whether complaints were acknowledged, resolved and closed with the customer's agreement, not just marked closed in a CRM.
Dealers judge a brand on supply reliability, credit terms, scheme payouts, claim settlement, marketing support and how the territory manager behaves. A dealer satisfaction survey run by an independent team gets franker answers than one run by your own sales staff.

In categories like paints, tyres, lubricants and building materials, retailers, painters and mechanics shape what customers buy. We include them where they influence choice, with short interviews that respect working hours.
If your sales or channel team already visits distributors, they can collect feedback on the same visit.

Straight answers to the questions people ask most about this topic.
Transactional surveys after service visits or deliveries can run continuously. Relationship surveys of overall satisfaction work well once or twice a year. Dealer surveys are usually annual or half-yearly, timed away from scheme closing periods when dealers are busiest and most frustrated.
Yes, if you have a lawful basis to contact them. You share records with IDs through a secure upload; interviewers see only what is needed for the call or visit. We do not use your customer list for anything else and delete it on instruction after the study.
We can include a likelihood-to-recommend question and report it, but we recommend reading it alongside touchpoint scores and complaints. A single recommend score rarely tells a regional manager what to fix.
Yes, if the customer agrees during the interview. Respondents who report a serious unresolved problem and consent to be contacted are passed to your service team as alerts. Those who do not consent stay anonymous in the results.

Share who your customers and channel partners are, the regions and the touchpoints. We will propose a design and quote.
