Jan sampark karyalaya records in one place: letters, grievances, visitors and the tour diary
Political office management software replaces the registers, diaries and WhatsApp threads that run most MLA, MP and leaders' offices. Bharat Survey sets up an office system for your jan sampark karyalaya: an inward and outward letter register, grievance tracking with status updates to the person who complained, a visitor log, a tour and invitation calendar, a contacts directory, greeting reminders, a news archive and monthly reports. It is configured for your office on request, with the scope and timeline agreed in a quotation.
- Grievance tickets already run in our political CRM
- Registers, calendar and directory set up for your office
- Status updates by SMS where you register a sender ID
- Scope, timeline and price on quotation
Our view
Each module mirrors a register the office already keeps, so staff recognise it on day one.
Inward and outward register
Every letter, application and recommendation gets an entry number, date, sender, subject and the department it went to. Outward letters are linked to the inward request they answer, so follow-up does not depend on memory.

- Pending by department

Grievance tracking with status
A complaint about water, a pension, a ration card or a road becomes a ticket with a category, village or ward, owner and status. The office board shows what is open, by whom and for how long.
- Category and area
- Owner and due date
- Open issues by booth or ward
Visitor log
Who came, from where, about what, and what the office promised. Repeat visitors are easy to spot, and each visit can open a grievance in one step.

Tour and invitation calendar
Invitations to weddings, inaugurations and meetings are logged with date, place and response. Accepted events go into the tour plan, which the leader sees on the phone.

Is this a ready-made app I can download?
No. Grievance tickets already run in the Bharat Survey political CRM, and the office modules such as registers, visitor log and tour calendar are configured for each office on request. We agree the modules, the register formats and a timeline in a written quotation before setup starts.
Can complainants get SMS updates on their grievance?
Yes, if they agree to it and your office has an SMS sender ID and message templates registered on a DLT platform, as TRAI's commercial communication rules require. The messages carry only the reference number and status. This is not a tool for bulk messages to voters.
Can several staff use it at the same time?
Yes. Each person gets their own login with a role: counter staff log entries, office managers assign and close tickets, and the leader gets a read-only view on the phone. Actions are recorded against the person who took them.
Is our office data kept separate?
Yes. Each client's account is isolated from every other, and Bharat Survey staff need a recorded reason to access sensitive records. Contacts and grievances belong to your office and can be exported at any time.
Can we move our old registers into the system?
Usually yes. If past entries are in Excel, we import them. If they are only on paper, we can agree which months are worth entering and include that in the quotation.
