Relationships with places and issues, recorded by the people on the ground
Bharat Survey works as a political CRM for MLAs, MPs, candidates, party units and consultants who want an organised record of their constituency: booths and committees, issues people raise, grievance follow-up and what surveys say by booth. It is built on an offline Android app and a web panel. It is not a voter database, and it does not import the electoral roll or send bulk messages.
- Grievance and help tickets with status
- Booth master, committees and ratings
- Verified door-to-door surveys by booth
- Read-only leader view on a phone
A sales CRM tracks leads and deals. A constituency needs a different set of records.

Survey results by booth
Party helpline and grievance desk
Issues come in from door-to-door visits, booth reports or the constituency office. Each becomes a help ticket with a category such as water, roads, ration or pension, the ward or village, and a status. Office staff assign and close tickets; the leader view shows open issues by area.
Bharat Survey does not run a phone helpline, IVR or call centre. If your office takes calls, staff log them as tickets in the web panel.

Issue patterns, not anecdotes
When tickets and survey answers share categories, the office sees whether a water complaint is one loud street or a pattern across twenty booths.
- Counts by category and area
- Trend over weeks
- Export to Excel
Our view
PC, AC, booth, ward and village levels
Election geography sits beside administrative geography, so a booth, a ward and a gram panchayat can all be filters on the same data.
- LGD-coded villages and wards
- Booth master per AC
Roles that match a party organisation
Client owner, admin, read-only viewer, supervisor and field roles. Supervisors see only their own team; viewers cannot edit.
- Role-based access
- Audit log for sensitive access
War room between and during elections
Booth coverage and rating heat, report compliance, open issues, volunteer activity and survey sentiment on one board.

Voter management services, defined carefully
We do not manage voter lists, voter profiles or messaging to voters. When campaigns ask for voter management services, what we provide is fieldwork: trained surveyors running opinion and issue surveys by booth, and help setting up booth committees and reporting in the software.
Bharat Survey is politically neutral. We work with clients across the spectrum and keep each account's data isolated from every other.
Consent and sensitive categories
Survey forms record consent before questions. We advise against collecting caste or religion of named individuals, and forms touching sensitive topics should be reviewed against the Model Code of Conduct and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Straight answers to the questions people ask most about this topic.
Can an MLA's office use it between elections?
Yes. Grievance tickets, booth committees, daily reports and periodic surveys are useful all year. Many offices run the booth module lightly between elections and add surveyor seats during campaign periods.
Does the CRM hold voter phone numbers?
Only where a respondent gives a number with consent in a survey or a grievance ticket. There is no roll import and no bulk messaging, so the account does not become a voter contact database.
Can multiple leaders share one account?
Yes, with roles. A client owner manages the account, admins manage teams and forms, and viewers such as a candidate or senior leader get read-only access, including a mobile leader view.
Is our data visible to other parties using Bharat Survey?
No. Each client is a separate tenant with isolated data. Bharat Survey staff access to sensitive records needs a reason and is audit-logged.
