Booth Level Officer visiting a household during enumeration
BLOs, appointed by the election machinery, visited homes and collected enumeration forms. Private agencies had no role in this official work. This stage has closed.

The house-to-house window has closed. Here is what support still makes sense.
If you are looking for an SIR voter list verification agency, start with the calendar. In the states covered by the 2026 Special Intensive Revision, Booth Level Officers ran house-to-house enumeration from 30 June to 17 August 2026, and draft rolls were published on 24 August. That stage is over. What remains open is the claims and objections process, and planning for the next revision. Bharat Survey supports organisations with lawful, consent-based field awareness work and survey-based checks, not with access to voter records.

Hello, I am Ram Kumar. This survey is run by Sample Organisation. Purpose: to learn about amenities in your area. It is voluntary, and you can say no at any time.
Dates below are from the revised schedule published for several states with 1 October 2026 as the qualifying date. Your state's Chief Electoral Officer website is the final word for your area.
Electoral rolls are prepared and revised by the Election Commission of India through Electoral Registration Officers and Booth Level Officers under the Representation of the People Act, 1950. No private company is an official SIR agency, and none can add, delete or correct an entry. When we use the phrase voter list verification, we mean independent, survey-style checks and citizen awareness done lawfully alongside the official process.
Field teams can run awareness drives about the claims deadline, set up help desks near public places where people learn which form applies to them, and run sample surveys that estimate how many residents in an area say they could not find their name in the draft roll. Everything is recorded with consent and reported in aggregate.
We do not import voter lists into our software, build profiles of individual electors, file forms on anyone's behalf, or collect identity documents. Our v1 product does not support voter-roll personal data, and that is deliberate.
Roll revision is a recurring cycle. The organisations that help citizens best are the ones that plan early.

No. In the states covered by the 2026 revision, BLO house-to-house enumeration ran from 30 June to 17 August 2026 and the draft roll was published on 24 August. The claims and objections stage follows. Check your state CEO website for the exact dates in your area.
No. Only the Electoral Registration Officer, working with Booth Level Officers under ECI direction, can include, correct or delete entries. A private agency can only help people understand the official process and deadlines, or run independent anonymous surveys.
The revised schedule published for several states lists 24 August to 23 September 2026 for claims and objections, with the final roll due on 27 October 2026. Schedules can differ by state and can be revised, so confirm on your CEO website or the ECI Voters' Service Portal.
No. Our software does not import voter-roll personal data and does not track individual voters. Surveys record consent, location of the interview and answers, and results are reported in aggregate.
