Anonymous measurement of what employees know about the POSH Act and whether they would use it
A POSH awareness survey tells HR, compliance and the Internal Committee whether employees actually know what sexual harassment at work means under the law, who sits on the committee, how to complain and whether they trust the process. Bharat Survey designs the questionnaire, runs it anonymously on phones, shared tablets or through assisted interviews at plants and field sites, and reports results only for groups large enough to protect identity.
- Anonymous by design, with minimum group sizes
- Works for desk, shop-floor and field staff
- Hindi and regional-language versions
- Findings mapped to employer duties under the Act

Straight answers to the questions people ask most about this topic.
Is a POSH awareness survey legally required?
The Act requires employers to organise awareness programmes and workshops at regular intervals; it doesn't mandate a survey. A survey is a way to check whether those programmes worked and where gaps remain. Take legal advice on your specific compliance obligations.
How do you keep responses anonymous?
We don't store names or employee IDs with answers, report only for groups above an agreed minimum size, and keep raw data away from line managers. At sites where assisted interviews are needed, interviews happen privately, with women enumerators available.
Can contract and field workers take part?
Yes, and they should. Our offline app lets enumerators or shared tablets reach plants, warehouses and field sites without internet, in Hindi and regional languages.
What if a respondent discloses harassment in the survey?
The survey isn't a complaint channel, and we say so on the consent screen. At the end, respondents see how to contact the Internal Committee or Local Committee. We don't investigate or pass on individual responses.

Tell us sites, headcount, worker types and languages. We will propose a questionnaire, collection mode and reporting rules.
