Four districts, 25 assembly segments, and one seat that is shared between two districts

Bharat Survey is a survey agency in Bareilly division for political teams, market researchers, NGOs and government departments working in Bareilly, Budaun, Pilibhit and Shahjahanpur. The division runs from the Terai forests on the Nepal border down to the Ganga villages of Budaun, and its languages shift along the way. We sample by assembly segment and block, interview on an offline Android app and report GPS-checked progress daily. Teams are deployed per project; there is no local office.

  • Aonla seat handled across Bareilly and Budaun
  • Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi-speaking pockets planned for
  • Offline interviews in Terai and riverine villages
  • Two municipal corporations sampled ward by ward

District by district

Bareilly division is in the Rohilkhand region, headquartered at Bareilly. Its four districts touch five Lok Sabha seats, because Aonla and Pilibhit both take segments from Bareilly district.

Bareilly Municipal Corporation

Bareilly district has nine assembly segments split across three parliamentary seats: five in Bareilly, three (Faridpur, Bithari Chainpur, Aonla) in Aonla, and Baheri in Pilibhit. A political survey company in Bareilly that reports one district number is blending three contests. As an election survey agency in Bareilly we weight each seat on its own and treat the municipal corporation wards separately from tehsils such as Meerganj and Nawabganj.

Census 2011 recorded Urdu at 8.5% of mother-tongue returns, concentrated in parts of the city, so we field bilingual interviewers there. A market research company in Bareilly brief often centres on the city's trade and transport role; a data collection agency in Bareilly brief more often covers rural households. Our door to door survey agency in Bareilly teams log every visit outcome, and the booth management app Bareilly campaign workers use runs offline. The district office lists six tehsils and fifteen blocks, and a survey agency in Bareilly covering the rural frame will spend most of its field days in blocks such as Bhojipura, Fatehganj West and Alampur Zafarabad rather than in the city.

Badaun

Budaun, spelt Badaun in official records, has six assembly segments. Bisauli (SC), Sahaswan, Bilsi and Badaun vote in the Badaun Lok Sabha seat, which also takes Gunnaur, now in Sambhal district, while Shekhupur and Dataganj vote in Aonla alongside three Bareilly segments. A political survey company in Budaun has to coordinate with Bareilly fieldwork whenever a client asks about Aonla. An election survey agency in Budaun also needs to reach riverine villages along the Ganga on the district's southern edge, where access changes with the season.

Census 2011 put Urdu at nearly 10% of the district's mother-tongue returns, the highest in the division (that count still included Gunnaur, before Sambhal district was formed), and towns like Ujhani and Sahaswan add an urban layer. A market research company in Budaun or a data collection agency in Budaun should plan quotas for both. Our door to door survey agency in Budaun teams use the same block grid, and the booth management app Budaun volunteers carry works without signal. With 15 blocks on the district list, from Ambiapur and Asafpur to Wazirganj and Usawan, a survey agency in Budaun needs a Badaun-seat team that also crosses into Sambhal for Gunnaur.

Survey company in Pilibhit

Nepal

Pilibhit is the division's frontier district: it borders Nepal, and the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, notified in 2014, covers forest along its northern side. Its four assembly segments, Pilibhit, Barkhera, Puranpur (SC) and Bisalpur, join Baheri from Bareilly to form the Pilibhit Lok Sabha seat. A political survey company in Pilibhit that skips Baheri misses a fifth of the seat, and an election survey agency in Pilibhit must plan forest-fringe routes around daylight and access rules.

The language mix is unusual. Census 2011 recorded Urdu at 9.0%, Punjabi at 3.7% and Bengali at 3.1% alongside Hindi, so questionnaires may need more than two languages in some Puranpur and Kalinagar villages. A market research company in Pilibhit or a data collection agency in Pilibhit should budget for that. Our door to door survey agency in Pilibhit teams work offline, as does the booth management app Pilibhit teams use. A survey agency in Pilibhit that writes its script only in Hindi should at least pilot it in those Bengali- and Punjabi-speaking settlements first.

Survey company in Shahjahanpur

Lok Sabha
Shahjahanpur (SC)

Shahjahanpur Municipal Corporation

Shahjahanpur is the division's cleanest parliamentary map: all six assembly segments, Katra, Jalalabad, Tilhar, Powayan (SC), Shahjahanpur and Dadraul, form the Shahjahanpur (SC) Lok Sabha seat. That lets a political survey company in Shahjahanpur read district and seat together. It is also large, at about 4,575 sq km with 15 blocks, so an election survey agency in Shahjahanpur needs more field days per interview than in Pilibhit.

Shahjahanpur is the youngest of Uttar Pradesh's municipal corporations, upgraded in 2018, and its wards are newer to city-style surveys than Bareilly's. A market research company in Shahjahanpur brief usually splits corporation wards from Tilhar and Jalalabad towns. A data collection agency in Shahjahanpur or a door to door survey agency in Shahjahanpur contract uses the 15-block grid, and the booth management app Shahjahanpur workers use keeps working offline. Census 2011 also recorded Urdu at 7.3% and Punjabi at 1.4% here, so a survey agency in Shahjahanpur should check ward and village language before assigning enumerators.

Not the right fit if

  • Buyers who need a local office in Bareilly
  • Anyone expecting past client names from this division
  • Studies that need voter-list personal data
  • Forest-interior work that needs permits we do not hold

A good fit if

  • Seat-accurate surveys for Aonla and Pilibhit
  • Urban ward studies in two municipal corporations
  • Multi-language household surveys
  • Campaign teams managing booths offline
FAQ

Straight answers to the questions people ask most about this topic.

How do you survey the Aonla Lok Sabha seat?

Aonla takes Faridpur, Bithari Chainpur and Aonla from Bareilly district and Shekhupur and Dataganj from Budaun. We draw one sample across all five segments, field Bareilly and Budaun teams in the same window, and report the seat as a single unit with segment-level detail.

Can interviews be done in Urdu or Punjabi?

Yes, where the sample needs it. Census 2011 shows Urdu at around 8–10% in Bareilly and Budaun, and Punjabi and Bengali above 3% in Pilibhit. We translate and pilot the questionnaire and assign interviewers by language.

Is there an office in Bareilly?

No. We do not claim an office or permanent staff in Bareilly division. Field teams are recruited and trained for each project and supervised through the dashboard and assigned supervisors.

How long does a four-district study take?

It depends on sample size and questionnaire length. A typical plan pilots in week one, runs district teams in parallel, and delivers tables after back-checks. Shahjahanpur's size and Pilibhit's forest-fringe routes usually set the pace.
