Bharat Survey is a survey agency for polling and electoral campaign organizations that need interviews in many assembly constituencies at once, with proof that each interview happened where it was supposed to. Pollsters and consultancies keep their questionnaire, weighting and analysis. We supply sampling support, trained enumerators, a GPS-verified offline app and daily data, and we work the same way for every client regardless of party.

Polling firms, media poll partners, campaign consultancies and party research cells all hit the same wall close to an election: they need thousands of honest interviews in weeks, across constituencies they cannot staff themselves.
Our role is the field layer. You decide the questions, sample size and how results are modelled. We place interviews across polling-station clusters, capture them offline with location and time, reject records that fail verification, and send data daily so your analysts can see trends before the next wave is briefed.
Neutrality is a working rule, not a slogan
Enumerators do not wear party symbols, do not canvass, and do not disclose the sponsor to respondents unless you instruct them to. Questionnaires are checked for leading wording. We do not share one client's data or questions with another, and we make no claims about who will win.

Do you work with all political parties?
We take work from any lawful client and treat every client the same way: separate data, separate teams where needed, and no sharing of questions or results. We do not publish party affiliations of clients and make no partisan claims.
Can you run exit poll fieldwork?
Yes, as a field partner, within the law. Section 126A of the Representation of the People Act prohibits conducting and publishing exit polls during the period the Election Commission notifies, so fieldwork and any release are planned around that notification.
Do you use voter lists to draw samples?
We do not import voter rolls or collect voter ID numbers. Samples use public polling-station and area geography with household selection rules in the field. If your study design needs a different frame, we discuss what is lawful and practical.
How fast can you start in a new state?
It depends on the number of constituencies, languages and enumerator availability close to polling. We give a dated mobilisation plan with the proposal. Campaign timelines are tight, so earlier briefs get better coverage.
