Condominium gates, office towers, urban villages and the Manesar belt
Bharat Survey is a survey company in Gurugram for brands, employers, campaigns and researchers. Many residents live behind society gates and work long office hours, while urban villages and Pataudi's rural areas follow a different rhythm. We plan access before fieldwork, deploy field teams per project and log every interview offline with GPS, time and consent.
- Society access letters arranged ahead
- Evening and weekend interview windows
- Hindi and English questionnaires
- Audit trail for each interview
Hello, I am Ram Kumar. This survey is run by Sample Organisation. Purpose: to learn about amenities in your area. It is voluntary, and you can say no at any time.
Gurugram's office clusters and high-income housing make it a common test market. The hard part is reaching respondents who are rarely home and rarely at the gate.

Our view
Gurgaon and Badshahpur hold most of the new condominium belt and office workforce; Sohna mixes fast-growing sectors with Aravalli-edge villages; Pataudi, a reserved seat, is largely rural. A single Gurugram average hides those gaps, so we report each seat separately and weight only when the brief asks for it.
Reaching migrant professionals and long-time residents
Many society residents come from other states and some are registered to vote elsewhere. We record where a respondent is registered before asking vote-related questions, and keep urban village residents in the sample, since they are a steady part of the electorate.
- Registration status asked up front
- Separate tables for societies and villages
- Hindi and English versions of every question
Common Gurugram questions
- Civic services: water, drainage, waterlogging
- Traffic and commute issues
- Priorities in Pataudi and Farukh Nagar villages
- Awareness of MCG ward representatives
MCG ward surveys
Resident issues and awareness across the 36 corporation wards, with society and village quotas set per ward.
Seat studies in Gurgaon, Badshahpur, Sohna and Pataudi
Separate samples per seat with the same questionnaire, so differences between seats are real rather than a product of wording.
The full Gurgaon parliamentary seat
Fieldwork extends into Rewari district segments such as Bawal and Rewari and Nuh district segments such as Nuh, Ferozepur Jhirka and Punahana, where languages and livelihoods change sharply.
- Nine segments, three districts
- Rural listing outside the city

Booth teams on an offline app
A booth management app Gurugram volunteers run on Android keeps booth tasks, volunteer attendance and polling-day updates in one place, including in villages with weak signal.
Intercepts at markets and metro stations
- Quick to field in a few days
- Good for shopper and commuter questions
- Skews towards people who are out and about
- Weak for household-level questions
Booked visits inside societies
- Needs RWA permission a week ahead
- Reaches working residents in the evening
- Suits household, finance and civic questions
- Slower, with refusals to replace
If you are comparing options for a survey agency Gurgaon residents and employers will trust, check these limits first.
Not the right fit if
- A Gurugram office or a standing local team; field teams are deployed per project
- Interviews inside a society without the management's permission
- Voter-list personal data, voter tracking or result guarantees
A good fit if
- Society, office and urban village research in one design
- Seat and ward-level political studies
- Offline booth coordination across urban and rural segments

How do you get into gated societies in Gurugram?
We contact the RWA or facility management at least a week before fieldwork, share the study purpose, interviewer names and IDs, and agree visiting hours. Interviews happen only with that permission and the resident's consent. If a society declines, we replace it with a similar one from the sampling plan.
Is Gurugram a good city for consumer test studies?
It works well for premium, digital and office-worker products because those users are concentrated here. It is less suited to national estimates on its own. We usually suggest adding urban village and Manesar-belt households so results are not limited to high-income societies.
Does a Gurgaon Lok Sabha survey cover Nuh and Rewari?
It has to. The seat's nine assembly segments include Bawal and Rewari in Rewari district and Nuh, Ferozepur Jhirka and Punahana in Nuh district. We set quotas for each segment and run rural household listing outside the city.
Is Gurugram the same as Gurgaon for your surveys?
Yes. The city and district were renamed Gurugram in 2016, but the Lok Sabha and assembly seats are still officially named Gurgaon. We use official constituency names in reports so they match Election Commission records.
Can you survey office employees in Gurugram?
Yes, by appointment through HR or as intercepts near office clusters, with consent logged on the app. For internal workforce studies we also run employee engagement surveys where the employer shares a respondent list.

Share the societies, seats or respondent groups you need and your deadline. We will reply with an access plan and field schedule.
