Both are cloud survey platforms with a free entry plan and paid tiers, and both have strong followings among Indian businesses. The difference is mostly emphasis. SurveySparrow leads with a chat-style, one-question-at-a-time interface and experience-management features. Its paid plans are billed yearly and are defined by response allowances: 2,500 on Basic, 15,000 on Starter and 36,000 on Business, with Enterprise on request and a 14-day trial of Business features.
Zoho Survey sits inside the wider Zoho suite, which matters if your CRM, desk or books already run on Zoho. It offers Free, Basic, Plus, Pro and Enterprise plans with monthly or yearly billing, and Zoho says yearly billing saves up to 35 per cent. Its free plan allows one user, 10 questions per survey and 100 responses, and lists offline response collection that syncs later.
Which one to shortlist
If your team lives in Zoho apps, start with Zoho Survey. If the look and completion rate of customer-facing surveys is the priority, trial SurveySparrow. Neither is designed to prove that an in-person interview happened in a particular village.

Can Bharat Survey run NPS or CSAT surveys?
Yes, as questions in a form collected by field staff, with rating scales, skip logic and exports. It does not send automated email, web or in-app NPS campaigns to customers. For that kind of always-on digital feedback, SurveySparrow, Zoho Survey or Zonka Feedback are better fits.
How is Bharat Survey priced compared with response-based plans?
Response-based plans charge more as answers grow. Bharat Survey charges per field seat for the period the worker is active, quoted in rupees, so a busy week of interviews does not raise the bill. The total depends on team size and weeks of fieldwork.
